b) Once short listed, you will be invited to an interview.
c) Once the interviews have been completed, ICD HR will be in touch to let you know if you are the successful candidate or not. This process from application to hiring usually takes a few weeks.
Yes, we accept resumes from applicants who reside outside of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (Fort McMurray) for most of our skilled trades positions.

You will then be invited to participate in the interview virtually through Microsoft Teams.
a) You will receive an email invitation from HR to attend an interview via Microsoft Teams on a certain date and time.
b) Prior to the set date and time, check to ensure the link works. If it does not, you may need to download Microsoft Teams onto your phone or laptop/computer.
c) Pre-check to ensure that your audio, video camera, and microphone are all working well.
d) Right before the scheduled time, mute all notifications, pop ups, and your mobile phone. During the interview, if the location you are in has background noise, mute your microphone until it is your turn to speak.
e) If all the above fails and you are unable to successfully join via the online link or if the Wi-Fi is poor and the meeting drops during the interview, you can call in using the toll-free conference number that is listed within the invitation.
