Group RRSP Plan

  • Eligible to join the plan after successful completion of 3-month probationary period.
  • RRSP matching contributions program with five different levels. Based on annual wage only, which is base salary or base hourly rate. This does not include overtime, incentives, or other differentials.

How does ICD determine a competitive wage?

When am I eligible for the Group Benefits?

As soon as the 90 day wait period ends and must be enrolled within 31 days of that date

How do I know if I qualify for the commuting fly in/ fly out flight allowance?

You must fill out and sign a Declaration of Exemption for employment at a special worksite and the employer can exclude these benefits or allowances from your income if you meet all of the conditions listed within the form.

How does the Group Benefits package work?

There is a portion that requires 100% participation (Life, Dependent Life, AD&D and LTD) and there is a portion that can be waived by providing proof of the same level of coverage elsewhere (Extended Health & Dental)

When am I eligible for the Group RRSP program?

You can enroll upon successfully completion of a three-month probationary period.
